    The delivery was prompt. The driver was impatient and was getting ready to leave in thier vehicle when we got to the door in a few minutes. The flower arrangement was not what we ordered and died in 2 days with watering. Was the flowers refrigerated until delivery, I think not. I hope this is the way you run your business otherwise I will not be ordering future orders.

    The Valentine's Day floral arrangement I ordered arrived within the time period I requested. The arrangement was beautiful beyond my expectations, and my wife was surprised and thrilled. Now, 14 days later, the beautiful and large red roses are no longer in place. But remnants of the arrangement, comprised of beautiful glossy green leaves and glossy brown vines with green shoots still thrive in its large, shapely and translucent red vase. This experience with AV Florist is one we'll remember as being terrific in helping make the day memorable.

    I live in Texas and my grandmother lives in Palmdale California. I sent her flowers for her birthday and antelope Valley florist did an amazing job. The florist called me because the arrangement I had picked required two days in advance notice due to the tropical flowers. I must have overlooked that part when ordering. Needless to say they made a beautiful arrangement and my grandmother was very pleased.     Very courteous and helpful when I called long-distance from Colorado. Because of delivery location, was fore-warned of extra delivery charged. Directed to order on web-site which was very easy and I was delighted with all the choices available. Flowers were delivered timely; however, no one was home when the flowers were delivered and they were set at the front door and were not found until the next day.
